Some ceremonies may be offered within a private membership setting, requiring participation through our Private Membership Association to maintain a protected and intentional container.
Plant Dieta
Our Plant Dieta is a sacred practice of building a deeper relationship with a specific plant through simplicity, intention, and respect.
This process supports physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment by working closely with the plant’s energy while following gentle dietary and lifestyle guidelines.

Bobinsana, Chacruna, Chuchuhuasi, Ajo Sacha, Mulateiro, Cat’s Claw (Una de Gato), Guayusa, Mapacho, and other traditional Amazonian plant allies.
Spiritual Consultation, Hapé Ceremony, and Sacred Plant Guidance
A spiritual consultation at Pillars of Light is a grounded conversation and ceremonial support process designed to help you clarify intention, understand sacred plant traditions, and choose the right next step. The session may include education about hapé and rapé ceremony, kuripe and tepi use, sacred smoke cleansing, spiritual baths, plant dieta, kambo cleanse preparation, or integration after powerful experiences.
What to expect in a consultation
We begin with your intention: grounding, grief support, energetic cleansing, ancestral connection, clarity, prayer, or deeper relationship with plant teachers. From there, we explain the traditions behind the tools and medicines, what sensations may arise, how to prepare your body and space, and how to integrate afterward. The goal is not to rush you into a ceremony; it is to help you approach sacred Amazonian medicine with humility and informed consent.
Hapé and rapé ceremony support
During a hapé ceremony, the medicine is served with prayer and breath. Hapé may bring watering eyes, sinus clearing, emotional release, stillness, nausea, or a strong grounding sensation. We discuss contraindications, nicotine sensitivity, blood pressure concerns, and respectful use so each person can make a safe and conscious decision.
